Amir’s visit to the Netherlands to enhance business opportunities

The Regional Director of GCC in MTD Middle East LLC, Taoufik Elkaabouni, was approached by the Qatar News Agency (QNA). He stated that the visit of Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the Netherlands will ensure the improvement of economic cooperation and business opportunities between Qatar and the Netherlands. He added that both countries have shared various mutual interests over the past years, enlarging collaboration in several sectors such as oil and gas, education, sports, and infrastructure. He also declared that solutions such as water management will lead to improved environmental sustainability for all.

Elkaabouni asserted that the State of Qatar has a significant competitive advantage, evident in its recent milestones, highlighting that this will constantly shape positive global influence and benefit both the region and the world. Lastly, the GCC Director stated that the Netherlands is one of the most competitive economies in the world, offering business efficiency through a high-performance workforce and highly technological infrastructure.
